Description
There were many presidents in our illustrious past who enjoyed a great cigar. President Warren G. Harding was no exception. Two of his preferred methods to relieve the pressure of the presidency were to enjoy a round of golf and to light up a great cigar. As such, his golf club was almost always wielded in tandem with a fine stogie. The tougher the presidency became, the more he required a large portion of both his pastimes.
We chose a robusto for the 29th president because a short smoke is what he was most often photographed enjoying.
In the wake of World War I Harding sought to relieve tensions in Latin America and his administration endeavored to remove the U.S. Military presence in Nicaragua and the Caribbean. His Secretary of State spent a large amount of time seeking to sooth relations in the regions. We hand-crafted a premium short smoke with this in mind.
The medium-bodied Harding Cigar is the ideal companion for a round of golf or relaxing with a finely aged bourbon. Enjoy!
